Chase Chapman
Chase is a Junior at Ole Miss majoring in business. Chase and a friend started painting mailboxes as a summer job while in high school. They were supervised by Chase's father, Keith. After painting a number of mailboxes in the Whisper Lake Subdivision of Annandale, they were asked to make a proposal for painting the street signs and were awarded the job. This led to also doing the street signs in Annadale Estates. Summer 2008 Chase and his father restarted the service and began by marketing the services in the Wendover Subdivision of Ridgeland. They have since expanded into other subdivisions and even though Chase is at Ole Miss the service will continue with his father and on select weekends when he is home.
Keith Chapman
Former Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, The Pinnacle Corporation (www.pinncorp.com). Keith was a Co-founder of Pinnacle in 1990 which was formed to develop and market computer software automation tools for the Convenience Store Industry across the country. They developed high-end automation tools such as Touch Screen Point-of-Sale terminals for large chains. Keith sold his interest in the company January, 2005. After Pinnacle, he invested in homes to remodel and sell. He also took the State Real Estate exam in 2006 and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is presently involved with Real Estate as both an Investor and Selling Agent (www.pd224.com) and working with Chase.
