Mailbox Painting Service includes the following:
     1.    Clean the mailbox and post with a degreaser and scrub all dirt off post
             and box.
    2.    Rinse with water and sponge down.
    3.    We prime areas of rust with a Rustoleum primer.
    4.    Clean and polish any copper.
    5.    Paint mailbox and post with one coat - two coats if necessary.
    6.    Return within 7 days to review work and touch-up if necessary.

         Price for your subdivision for a single mailbox is $40
            Price for a double mailbox on a single pole is $65
            Price for just the post is $30

Address Number Vinyl Number Replacement
Most of the mailboxes in the Country Club have vinyl numbers which we have to take off in order to paint the mailbox.  We remove the numbers and remove the adhesive residue before painting. You can purchase your own numbers and apply them yourself, or we can do it for you for a fee. We order direct from the mailbox manufacturer which may take a week. We will still go forward with the painting and the removal of the numbers so that the paint has time to dry and cure.

            Price for new numbers installed on the front only $15
            Price for new numbers installed on both sides $15
            Price for new numbers on both sides and front $25.

Revitalize Copper Address Number Plate
Many of the mailboxes in the Country Club do not have Copper Address Plates, if you would like to add this to your mailbox, see 'Replacement Copper Address Plate' below.
    1.    Remove the Address Number Plate
    2.    Soak in Muratic Acid, wash, scrub and
           rinse.
    3.    Spray on a clear coat enamel.
    4.    Reinstall.

            Price for this service is $8

Replacement Mailbox Flag
We will install a new metal flag and paint it the same color as the mailbox unless directed otherwise. Typically, this requires drilling additional holes in order to line up the flag hardware. The flag cover hardware, should cover all holes.

            The cost of the flag with installation is $20

Replacement Mailbox
We purchase our replacement mailboxes from Outdoor Graphics which makes custom Iron Post mailboxes.  This manufacturer has a specific process they apply to the mailbox to ensure the paint last as long as possible. Please allow 10 business days from order date for a new mailbox.

        The cost for a New mailbox painted is $75
        If we do the installation the fee is $35

Replacement Copper Address Number Plate
        The cost for the Address Number Plate is $40.

Copper Side Strips
Jackson Country Club mailboxes do not use copper side strips on the mailbox. These strips mask the unsightly screws and holes on the side of the mailbox. You may want to check with the property management to see if this can be added to your mailbox.

        The cost for 2 side copper strips installed is $25
